I will never use them again. We had problems trying to get our internet connected when we moved house, 4 months later they still had no idea what I was saying when i rang up. No notes and nothing but different answers every time, nothing that got us connected. I could go on and on.... We ended up ringing Slingshot and they connected us within 5 days.
I'm not surprised!!!! They are the most harassing/annoying company ever. Their data is crap and so is their customer service, not only that sorted to be connected with Vodafone for internet, they sent us our modem few days later, tried connecting to the net but wouldn't work, so after how many long waiting calls and being passed around to different departments being told different stories about our connection (more like them not knowing what they are actually doing) 1 just hung up after we waited so long, and another said I have bad credit so they never connected our internet so I Gave up!!!! now 4 months later they are calling saying we owe them $100 plus for the internet usage when we were never connected. Zzzz!!!!!! This is not the first problem I've had with them trying to get free money out of me but never happened. Thank god for disputes tribunal
notice how these companies always say "their customers are their number 1 priority", but they still manage to get most of the complaints. They don't listen and they will never learn. the companies priority is and always has been PROFIT
Wow, I find this surprising to be honest. Mind you all I have with them is a prepaid mobile phone, but I have absolutly no problems with that and I find in store service great, as I have had to sort out my daughters phone account a few times. I have absolutely no issues with my mobile, unlike Telecom (sorry Spark) whom I left six years ago because of really bad mobile coverage and texts not actually getting to their destination. Never had a problem with Vodafone yet.....
They still sometimes send us out letters saying how much we are in credit with them.. We disconnected from them last year lol
Used their mobile service about 13years ago but had to change when relocating due to poor service in our towns. Still with Spark, 021 signal on Egmont Rd STILL crap 10yrs later.They managed to buy/gain my Paradise/Clear business but they are now shutting that down due to being totally incompetent of running an email server.U-S-E-L-E-S-S
Dont know why everyone has problems. Have never had any major issue with them and their rural data is better than anyone else weve tried
Them and spark are the blimmen worst ever. I'm with Vodafone for my mobile but will never be with them for internet etc
First you ruined the NZ Warriors and now everyone's broadband and Mobile phone packages...... U people oughta be ashamed of yourselves*Shakes head in disgust*
Had a phone call yesterday saying that I had expressed interest in sky and sky sports I said no I didn't they then hung up no thanks nothing ! Very impolite
